The group of boys that I am part of mentoring came up with this design and have been selling t-shirts. The current site is using a stripe form and has limited options for selling. I am going to be rewriting the website with them and I want to have a better t-shirt ordering system to allow better colour choice, sizing options etc. All profits on the t-shirts go to a charity that helped one of the teachers at our school.

There is only one product currently and I am not sure if there will be others. A lot of them are starting to come to fruition all at once. I am sorry that I have been sort of radio silent for a while. This newsletter should get you all caught up with the latest.

The WS Summit 2026 was a huge success. We had a super strong lineup. Obviously, the overarching theme has been AI. How it is affecting web, freelancing, and our lives. Everyone that attended walked about with an amazing outlook on where we as a community of web designers are going. If you were not able to attend, the replays are available at the Weaver's Space Academy.

Today, I have made available to everyone, the State of the Space. This was my talk about the state of Weaver's Space, Total CMS, BetterSiteHost, and where we are going as a community. Obviously, a big part of that is Stacks 6. Isaiah showed off partials and the theme API enhancements that have been added to the app. Now all of the major pillars that we need in the app are complete. As soon as he ships a new beta, I will release his two talks on the community for everyone to watch.

I have been working on Total CMS 3.5 for about 3 months now. This is a MAJOR release. It really should be v4, but since I just shipped Total CMS 3 in January, it felt wrong to raise the version to 4 so soon. I don't understand devs that do that… I think it's just to make their app look more mature than it really is. Anyways, this release of Total CMS solidifies itself as a major standalone platform. Developers have already built over a dozen plugins for it. The built-in MCP server is going to be groundbreaking (don't miss the summit talks on that). I will stop myself now before I go on forever about the new features. Let’s just say that it's amazeballs. The last bits that I am working on are a new website. Rafael from the community helped me design it. I think that it's coming along quite nicely.

The next project that has gotten some love recently is Inky. If you don't recall, that is the open source email framework that I built. Inky 2.0 has been a complete rewrite where it's now basically its own email markup language that I have built direct ports into every major web programming language: PHP, Go, Ruby, Python, and Node. I actually plan on adding support to Total CMS 3.5; however, I ran into snags. So it will ship in 3.6. This new version of Inky will also be the basis for the next version of the Email stacks as well.

If you follow me on various social networks, you may have noticed that I almost never post anymore. I have not consistently posted on social media for a few years now. This is partly because when I open the app to post, I get sucked in and 20 minutes later, I am still scrolling. I really wanted to improve the reach of Total CMS 3 and part of that is trying to post on social media again. So I developed an app called PostOnly. It still has a little ways to go but I am really happy with it. It allows you to post to multiple social media sites at once. Since the app only allows you to post, there is zero risk of getting sucked in. Keep your eyes peeled on the community for when it's ready to ship. I will even post to Total CMS 3 Feeds!

Lastly, what about Foundation? Where is the innovation happening with that? I have been thinking about this for a couple of years now. My plan was to work on a Foundation 6 Next that essentially kept the underlying framework that we use today but rethought how swatches could be used for the masses. I still think that is the way that things will be going but with a slight pivot. I am going to be making Swatches, its own standalone product. Since 90% of swatches really have nothing to do with the Foundation framework, this makes sense. Swatches will be able to be used with the framework of your choosing. This project has quite a ways to go. There are a lot of swatches! I think that it will be a game changer for us.

OK, lets get into some awesome community posts that you might have missed over the past couple of weeks…

Total CMS 3.5 Goes from Beta to RC 11 — Automations, MCP, and a Whole Lot of Polish

Get the latest version of Total CMS 3.5 and start using it!

Total CMS Site from Scratch on Live Stream — And You Can Watch

If you've ever wondered how to get started with Total CMS 3 and Stacks, I went back to basics with a full live build from scratch. Spain put on a master class today against France. I have not been a fan of the commercial, I mean water breaks. And VAR has probably now gone too far. I am looking forward to the England/Argentina game tomorrow. I am rooting for England to win it all. They have not won since 1966. I think they deserve it.

My World Cup Brackets website has actually gotten 35 million impressions on Google over the past month. However, I feel that I did it quite tastefully.

Tomorrow, I am off on a little road trip down to San Diego. We are going to tour my daughter's dream college, check out the famous San Diego zoo, and probably have some fun on the beach. We will be home by Sunday.

I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your week. Thank you for being a part of the Weaver's Space community. It's awesome because of you. Now go forth and make your websites great!

Cheers,
Joe

The same issue appears with a page shows with no formatting.

I ran it through ai and it said it looks like legitimate bots - like apple and google - are getting stuck in an endless loop - maybe because of the docroot settings.

Hey Everyone,

I am having a strange issue with the impact stack. It has 3 images, and are set to pause on hover, but when I hover, after the mouse leaves the section and it starts scrolling again, it does two images in the time it should do one. Then if you hover and leave again, it does three in the time it should do one. I copied the section and put it underneath, playing with one, while leaving the other as is, to check the timing. When it doubles time, it doesn't do it evenly, it stays longer on one, then quickly flicks past the other.

I have tried it on two computers and it is happens on both.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

When I use this, I am getting a list of all of the headings I use to organize my collections in the admin side bar. Is this correct? It is not what I was expecting.

Thanks!
