A website using an old-style RW template by Elixirgraphics is in need of a refresh and I'm starting to mull over potential new look and tools - using Foundation - for https://qa4eo.org
I think it should still have a space based look, but focus on a 5-step method behind the principle it promotes (deep in the documentation) - like here's how to implement QA4EO: Step 1, Step 2 etc.
Thinking of design ideas, I quite like websites like #1 in this article: https://www.impactplus.com/blog/18-award-winning-website-designs
... although that may require high quality images that may not be available .... Apple uses such designs all the time now. My question: is this scrolling reveal look possible using a stack?
Alternatively, Bento might be good, though more static.
