Cache Control Header - expiration time

Yesterday (Sept. 30) in the Friday event I mentioned an issue I'm experiencing with JPEG images I use in a Total-CMS website hosted on Dreamhost and using a CDN (Cloudflare). In the /cms-data/image/xxxx.jpg there is the image used in the header of the page. I replaced the image, but the website is still showing the cached one.

I discovered that the cahe expires in 30 days !!! (2592000 seconds as indicated in the annexed screenshot of network-inspection window), despite a rule in the .htaccess that I've set to 600 seconds (as shown in a second screenshot).

Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
