Have any of you utilized a Mac app called Scrutiny?

I've just discovered that I have a valid license for the program (probably purchased quite cheaply in a software bundle quite some time ago). The website looks quite dated and I was concerned it might be abandonware. However, it was last updated in November 2024.
I assume that there are many tools for performing the same function for a website, many of them free. Just wondering wither any of you have direct experience, positive or otherwise, with this app. I may just install it and give it a punt.
