500 Internal Server Error

I recently added the initial SEO Helper components I needed to get started. I added the basic SEO stack and a Local Business Structured Data stack along with a 404 Page and Site Map page. In doing this, I referenced Joe's tutorials, sample SEO project and the Cumbre stacks in an effort to get off to a clean start.

So I uploaded the new site to my server yesterday and and got a RW warning about having both index.html and index.php which I'm trying to resolve by searching through my server via File Manager tools to try and remove the index.html file but can't seem to locate either version.

After publishing the new site (http://www.daylightmedia.us), I now get an "500 Internal Server Error". I thought to get support from my hosting service, but learned they only offer technical support if you are building your site with Word Press. Once I resolve these current issues, I plan to migrate my account to a new hosting company, but I wanted to see if any of you had thoughts or suggestions on the above Error?

As always, I'm grateful for any help. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!
