About a month ago, MC started to send out duplicate copies of every campaign. This has happened with 3 different accounts across the board. I have not been able to determine a common cause. Two accounts are grandfathered in to MC and I am able to use Joe's Email stacks to create the emails. The other account created after the Intuit acquisition (where you can no longer "code your own") uses the default 1 column MC template so the code was produced within MC itself.
Trying to troubleshoot this issue so wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Although I'm wondering if just the account owner is receiving duplicates, or anyone on a segment-even though you are not sending to a segment.
What are people using now instead of MC so we can use Joe's Email stacks?
