Can I include IF & THEN to a csv feed?

I am trying to tidy up a page on my site at https://glio-new/genealogy/jmc/stats/

By this I mean when selecting the + sign for a multi-engine airplane, it would only display the Multi engine data; when it's a single engine airplane it would only display the One Engine data. I presume a IF/THEN might work. Would that be possible?
