Comments Stack - How do I moderate and share post to FB

Had forgotten about the Comments Stack until the update. Thought I would give it a try. I watched the videos for the stack. I was able to add a FaceBook comments section to a static page and a TotalCMS Page.

When you go to post a comment there is no option to share the comment to FB like there is in the video.

I cannot figure out how to moderate the comments sections. The video says you have to be logged into Facebook. How do you do that so that the plug-in knows who you are? I am in Safari and I am logged into Facebook on a separate tab but that doesn't seem to work.
