Double border

I would like to create a circle that has a white center, green border, and then another white border outside the green one to give the illusion of breaking up a line that runs through and behind it.

I have the circle bit figured out and have it working by creating two circles, one with the green border inside of one with just a white background that is bigger than the inner circle.

I’m wondering if there is a way to do this with just one circle (1 Column stack) and give it two borders, one green and the other outer border as white.
