In my example two employees should be listed without a photo of themselves. Ok, I could use some kind of dummy-/placeholder-photo, but that should only be the stopgap solution. My client would like it more if the two blog list items would be placed underneath each other next to the last 'normal' blog list item as you can see in the screenshot. Is this possible at all...?
