I am looking for the ability to place an accurate ruler over and image (preferably in Affinity Photo) to measure distance between two points without concern about magnification levels.
zScope would seem to be overkill. Does anyone have software suggestions for me to consider? Thanks
For clarity, I would like to be able to reproduce the ruler part of this sort of work.
