I would like to hear your thoughts on why you prefer Rapidweaver over Wordpress. Pros and cons.
I've been tinkering around with websites for over 10 years. Mainly with Wordpress which I have a quite complicated relationship with.
When I discovered Rapidweaver a few years ago I hoped that it might be what I've been looking for. Software that doesn't requires monthly/yearly subscriptions and don't break all of a sudden because of a plugin conflict or similar. Also Mac exlusive, that might be something. But I felt it was rather clunky and did not feel as intuitive as I had hoped.
I've always wanted to focus on creating content and good design. But I've come to realise that my world would become much easier if I just masted the "basics" of HTML and CSS (Javascript is also on the horizon)
I've found services that lets me focus purely on design & content but they have a monthly cost and for small projects that is just a money-drainer.
Why I am asking this about RW vs WP is to hopefully give RW a new chance ;)
As a bonus if you know any truly great sites designed in RW I'd love to see them.
