I include small video loops on some of my sites that continuously loop through a video seamlessly (similar to a live Photo from Apple). In the past I have been able to get them to loop with no apparent 'glitch' or pause when restarting on each loop. I currently use the HTML5 Video stack.
For some reason I am now having a problem avoiding a slight delay when the video restarts each time but have not been able to identify the cause. I am able to use my earlier small .mp4 files but can't seem to get a new one to work without a short delay.
I have tried HTML4 and HTML5 encoding. Also trimmed the video length down (well under what some of my earlier ones are) but no luck so far.
Can anyone suggest what I should be looking at which could be affecting how seemlessly (the goal) the video loop restarts?
